We collaborate with research institutes for the development of metallurgical furnaces for the recovery of critical metallic materials, as well as producing specialized tailor-made pieces for different studies. We are part of the H-ACERO project, where we are helping in the construction of a first hydrogen combustion furnace for testing. This project aims to contribute to the decarbonization of the steel sector, using hydrogen as an alternative energy source.

WORKSHOP SERVICES

In our workshop we carry out the coating of foundry ladles, lids, and furnace doors. We also manufacture custom pieces using refractory concrete, being able to sinter some of these pieces in our electric oven.

TECHNICAL OFFICE

At LABELAN we have a technical office with an engineer and qualified technicians for the development of any type of refractory project, including detailed budgets, design of furnaces and refractory linings in 2D and 3D, thermographic analysis, energy efficiency studies, and project planning and monitoring.

We also provide advisory service for any query.
