WELFARE PROJECTS

Despite being a small company, it has always wanted to give back to the community around him and in this way it selflessly supports the work of the DYA.

Similarly, Labelan collaborates with the Food Bank of Gipuzkoa in its food distribution efforts to end food poverty.

It also collaborates with Ordizia Rugby Elkartea supporting and sponsoring its Rugby school. As such, LABELAN tries to translate to the workforce the values of camaraderie, sacrifice and teamwork that are so closely linked to rugby.

It also worked with the project “Oxigenoa euskarari 6000 metroan ere”, a project that arose from the union of the Basque language and the mountains. 15 youths from the Basque Country who, along with 10 adolescents from the Sherpa ethnic group, went trekking in Nepal, being themselves the ones who developed the entire project in terms of logistics, outreach activities, economic development, etc.

Following the tragic explosion of the Cumbre Vieja volcano in the island of La Palma, Labelan contributed financially to the reconstruction work and aid in favour of the families affected by the emergency situation. This was done through the El Paso City Council, the only one that distributed aid in real time to those most in need.
